poor quality and cheap parts

Team I got this chimney as upgrade in my new house since the day we bought house this has been a pain point in early weeks the damper was making sound and then dimmer stopped.

Team - I tried reaching several times to Mike no response Please can some one inspect this it's been a continuous issue .

SO FAR SO GOOD

THE LIGHTS WORKED THE FIRST DAY, THEN THEY QUIT WORKING. I SET UP A IN HOUSE APPT THRU THEIR WEBSITE, NO ONE SHOWED UP. SO I SET UP ANOTHER APPT FOR THE 15TH. HOPE THEY SHOW.
