FOUR-PART PURE CONVECTION™ SYSTEM
Dacor's four-part Pure Convection™ system includes a dedicated heating element, a unique baffle, a fan and filter that eliminates the transfer of flavors and aromas between foods. The heating element is located outside the oven's cooking area, behind a baffle, separating the food from the heat source. The baffle also channels air, the fan circulates convection heat evenly into the oven. The circulating heated air eliminates any hot or cool spots in the oven, resulting in evenly cooked foods, with the flavors and juices sealed inside. Cook masterful meals in less time for a superior cooking experience.
