nice looking, love the roller rack, easy controls once you get the hang of it . Accurate temp setting.

It inefficient

I am very disappointed in your product. We had a service call to check the problem. If we put something in the oven and it requires 30 minutes of cooking time; we have to cook it for 45 minutes. Even when we use convection cooking; the time to cook is longer than the recipe says it should take. If you can explain why this is happening with your; then tell your maintenance department to come repair my oven. It has been installed for less than 6 months.

Great product. Only issue is that the sliding rack is too small and scratched the inside of the microwave when installed.
