Disappointed in Colorado
Avoid! Broke down after 2.5 years.

In my entire life, I've never had a microwave die on me until this one. I purchased it brand new and after 2.5 years, it turns on but does not heat (most likely the magnetron is out). This is unacceptable. Then they want to charge $55 for a service visit just to likely tell me I need a new one. Very disappointed.
