Great range, but my gut tells me it was a refurb

I had my propane company come out and convert my stove top and my oven from natural gas setup and I'm noticing that my burner covers / ceramic plates are tarnished and they look like they've been used with crusty old food. Im noticing chips and scuffs in places that were covered with styrofoam. Im livid.

New Purchase - has exceeded expectations

I purchased this item less than a month ago based on very favorable ratings from various sources. Thus far I am very impressed with all the fratures of the range and look forward to many years of excellent performance. It seems in all aspects to be a first rate product.

So far so good

The burners turn on really well. Flame is easy to adjust. Oven temperature is prefect. Have not tried the Air Fryer at this time.

love this stove, especially the large griddle in the middle

its a tie

it is a tie because while the stove looks great so far it works very well. the biggest reason for the tie no stovetop light. Not even on the touch pad. I am so disappointed by this. everything is dark on that pad nothing lights up except for the floodlight that is the time.
